I. Please arrive promptly-
i. Please arrive approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your lesson time to be sure we can start class promptly. We cannot use other students' class time waiting for late arrivals.
ii. If running late for lesson, please call as soon as possible to notify the instructor. She may or may not get the phone call depending on if she is with other students. The minutes late will be deducted from the grooming and tacking portion of the lesson.  If more than 10 minutes late, you are considered a " no show" and will incur charges for the lesson. Once the instructor has left the stable area to begin the lesson, the instructor cannot supervise two areas at once.
II. In case of cancellation…
i. If you must cancel your lesson, 12-hour notice is required in order not to incur charges. If lessons are cancelled at the last minute (less than 12-hours) due to unapproved circumstances you will incur charges for the lesson. Approved circumstances include: illness, family illness, or family emergency.
ii. Make up lessons for approved circumstances can be scheduled at the time of cancellation and must be made up within that month. For individual cases you can be credited for the next month per instructor discretion.
iii. In the case of inclement weather, the instructor will make a phone call as soon as possible as to whether lessons are being held or not. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within that month.
iv. In the case that inclement weather prevents a lesson from fully completing (if the lesson gets half to three-quarters of the way finished) a $10 credit will be issued on the following months bill.
III. Please dress appropriately-
i. Long pants, like jeans or stretch pants, are required for riding
ii. Pair of sturdy, heeled boots are needed. Sneakers or tennis shoes are not allowed. *Please see me for recommendations for boots if interested.
iii. Helmets are provided. If you have your own, it must be ASTM/SEI approved and fit properly.
IV. Lesson Rates-
i. Semi-private: $40/ lesson (purchased in one-month blocks)
   Private: $50/lesson (purchased in one month blocks) only available on a limited basis if schedule permits!
ii. Monthly Payment for all lessons is due on the last lesson of the prior month. (ie. you pay for September lessons the last week in August.)
iii. Invoices are emailed out at the end of the month to notify you how much you owe as well as any credits, makeup lessons, etc.
V. Parental Supervision
i. Parents must stay with child for the duration of the lesson.
ii. Children 12 and under must be closely supervised by an adult at all times for the safety of the riders, horses, and children.
iii. No pets allowed- on or off leash!
